About This Spot

Finding a pause along the bustling Rajkot-Ahmedabad highway, Premvati Upahargruh offers a quietly reassuring spot where simplicity and sincerity come together in a gentle, unhurried rhythm. Nestled within the peaceful environs of the BAPS Shree Swaminarayan Mandir complex in Limbdi, this fast food and vegetarian haven unfolds as a humble refuge for travelers and locals alike, drawn less by flash and more by the reliability of well-prepared, wholesome meals.

Stepping inside, the atmosphere embraces you with clean, straightforward spaces bathed in natural light and thoughtful seating arrangements that invite brief relaxation without the rush. There’s a measured calmness here, the kind that encourages slowing down and appreciating the moment — whether it’s a quick breakfast before the day unfolds or a mid-journey meal shared with family or friends. The sense of order and care is quietly present, reflecting the values of its stewardship under the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, creating a respectful and welcoming environment.

The menu is a modest celebration of familiar Gujarati flavors alongside comforting snacks and lighter fare that feel at once traditional and accessible. Rather than overwhelming with options, the offerings highlight well-loved regional staples crafted with attention to hygiene and taste. It’s the kind of place where the freshness of fafda and chutney or the warmth of a steaming cup of chai carry a feeling of home — simple pleasures that linger beyond the plate. While choices may be straightforward, there’s a thoughtful charm in the honest, unpretentious way each bite tells a quiet story of place and tradition.

For those traveling with children or in search of variety, it’s clear this is a spot geared more toward genuine, uncomplicated dining rather than catering to every whim. Yet, within that simplicity lies a dependable comfort — a communal pause where meal and moment blend seamlessly. Ample parking and clean surroundings further assure a sense of ease, making Premvati Upahargruh a quietly reliable stop on a journey or a gentle local retreat nestled in the heart of Limbdi’s vibrant crossroads.

A place on Rajkot-Ahmedabad highway near Limbdi to have hygienic simple food. They have limited variety. Thali is available as meal. Overall good. Kids won't like much as menu has limited options for kids. One star less is for limited options, otherwise all good.

A good place to stop on the Rajkot-ahmedabad highway, good food and prepared with simplicity and good taste as well. We tried Gathiya and Medu-vada and both were good. Additionally a good place to hang around and spend your time and plenty of parking available. Several options out there to have for meals and snacks. Overall a good visit.

Wonderful place to grab Hygienic and tasty snack, with large choice in menu. Sitting arrangement is also good, with proper lighting and wind. The staff is also supportive - cleanliness maintained extremely well. I did not like the Fafda very much, but otherwise Samosa, tea were excellent.
